BRND.agency is a brand development and merchandise fulfillment arm of Paired Inc. All transactions, content, and communications originate from Paired Inc. or its authorized partners.
Depending on order size or logistics, fulfillment may be handled directly by Paired Inc. or via approved third-party vendors. Regardless, your primary relationship remains with Paired Inc.

Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your proposal, invoice, or order confirmation. Unless otherwise agreed, payment must be made before production begins.
In some cases, larger orders may be financed or managed through a third-party fulfillment partner. In those cases, Paired Inc. remains your point of contact but may act as a sales representative or intermediary.
4. Shipping & Fulfillment
We work with trusted vendors and suppliers to fulfill orders. Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary based on supplier lead time, product availability, or carrier delays.
We are not liable for shipping delays beyond our control but will advocate on your behalf to resolve any issues.
5. Returns & Refunds
All custom or branded merchandise sales are final unless a product is:

Incorrect due to a proven error in printing or fulfillment
Refunds or reprints will be handled on a case-by-case basis. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of receiving the order.
6. Intellectual Property
All designs, mockups, and deliverables remain the property of Paired Inc. until payment is made in full.
By submitting any logo, image, slogan, or other artwork to BRND.agency, you affirm that you own the rights to use that material or have obtained proper authorization to use it for commercial purposes.
You agree to assume full legal responsibility for any copyright, trademark, or usage claims resulting from the content you provide. Paired Inc. is not liable for any infringement or unauthorized use of third-party intellectual property supplied by clients.
If a third party contacts us regarding unauthorized use of assets you provided, we reserve the right to suspend production or delivery until the issue is resolved, and you may be liable for legal costs or damages resulting from your submission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law:

Paired Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to use of this website or our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order or interaction will not exceed the amount paid for that order.
